Musical Notes, October

The choir is busy working on Christmas music for the Christmas program which will be on Saturday, December 5 at 3:00 P.M. The Christmas program will have narration, instruments, and carol singing in addition to choral music. I am arranging some of the instrumental music myself, as I have done in the past, only this time I will be doing even more. This event is free to everyone and we hope you will invite your friends. We also will have special music on Christmas Eve. The choir is very dedicated and works hard. They are a pleasure to work with. Soon I will be working on organizing the choral music files in the Parish House and cataloging the music. I appreciate everyone’s support of the music program here at First Church. I feel that we are really expanding our repertoire a lot, and branching out in many ways, including all the music we did this summer. Do any of you think you would like to join the choir?
